DOCTOR RAHI VICTORY IS THE FOUNDER OF VICTORY REPRODUCTIVE CARE (VRC)
Is there a typical LGBTQ+ person/couple who attends Victory Reproductive Care?
Our individualised and inclusive approach to building families allows us to help anyone who wishes to start or grow a family. The key is to have a clear understanding of their goals and timelines as no two definitions of the word “family” are the same. It is this philosophy and approach to care that attracts a variety of LGBTQ+ intended parents to our clinic.
Due to the fact that egg donation and surrogacy is altruistic in Canada I would say that over 70% of our intended parents are composed of international same-sex male families. Clients are ethically-minded, patient-centred families or individuals wanting the best success rates possible without the commercialisation that happens with other programmes or countries.
What options are open to LGBTQ+ individuals or couples who wish to become parents?

What distinguishes you from other clinics?
Our first step is taking the time to understand the goals of each person(s) as we don’t believe in cookie-cutter medicine. We know that transparency, integrity and adaptability are some of the key elements of safe and ethical family building.
We combine those concepts with my extensive experience and an avant-garde approach to medicine to ensure a successful journey to parenthood. I am passionate about making sure every experience is an exceptional one and, to that end, I meet with every intended parent(s), every egg donor and every surrogate, myself.
Our exceptional team of experts is always available to guide intended parents through their journey. Our goal is your success and satisfaction.
You are based in Canada. Would intended parents have to travel to Canada for an initial consultation?
Initial consultations are conducted via Zoom. I take this time to review medical histories and define goals in order to provide options for next steps. I will often offer suggestions on how to improve sperm, ova and overall general health prior to starting your journey to maximise success based on the medical history and lifestyle.
We spend nearly an hour together to make sure you fully understand the process and feel comfortable to take the next steps.
On a personal level, what at Victory Reproduction has given you the greatest satisfaction?
I founded Victory Reproductive Care in 2008 with a vision and passion to build families within our community. VRC now has a global footprint and we are building families around the world by removing obstacles for intended parents. We keep a book of shared photos given to us by the family. This is one of the greatest satisfactions as the work we do is immeasurable in personal satisfaction.
Healthy pregnancy, as well as those who require third-party solutions to achieve their family goals.
Our third party programme continues to successfully build families with LGBTQ+ couples and single parents. We have a global footprint and are actively involved with the organisation Men Having Babies (MHB). We have worked hard to remove obstacles to achieving your goals. Our professional network includes affiliations with agencies, clinics and medical professionals around the world.
At VRC we understand that your fertility needs may change as they will reflect the current stage of one’s life. As such, we offer a wide range of custom programs and medical solutions in order to help you achieve your goals including: fertility preservation; primary fertility treatments; ovarian PRP; Immunotherapy; recurring loss; and third party options.
Our holistic model of care includes a team of medical professionals who are knowledgeable, inclusive, adaptable and transparent. This team works collaboratively throughout your journey to ensure all of your needs are being addressed. This includes the expertise of physicians, nurse practitioners, naturopathic doctors, social workers, nurses, embryologists and finance professionals. We believe in walking the journey with you and offer exceptional support and education for an efficient and worry-free journey.
With VRC your journey begins and ends with Victory.
